Terms of service
1. If manufacturing fault, refund or repair will be provided within 14 days of purchase. No refund or repair will be given without verification. Contact can be made with Shop4Dancer via email
2. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging. A copy of the invoice should be included in the package.
3. Shipping cost is not refundable unless the error is made by Shop4Dancer.
4. Shop4Dancer reserve the right to refuse to give full refund on merchandise, where merchandise not returned in original condition.
5. Shop4Dancer is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen, whether on delivery, on return or on an unclaimed parcel (by the customer).
6. If ordering via EMAIL, and paying Direct Debit, Payment is required by Shop4Dancer within 3 working days after the confirmation of the order.
7. Dispatch occurs within 3 working days after receipt of payment, unless item is on back order.
8. Shop4Dancer dispatches merchandise in good faith, in original and good condition, and in normal packing condition.
9. Colors mary vary slightly from computer screen to the actual product.
10. The prices on this site are in Australian dollars.
11. Shop4Dancer provides no guarantee regarding delivery date. If items are required urgently, we recommend Express Postage.
12. In the unlikely case of errors (for example, noticeable discrepancies in figures calculated between unit prices and total prices, or a mismatch of unit prices and total prices, etc), Shop4Dancer is entitled to rectify and/or cancel the transactions.
13. Delivery outside Australia is subject to local custom tax. It is the buyers' responsibility to check relevant local custom's tax and/or other fees.
14. No change-of-mind refunds or exchange on sale items. No refunds or exchange on sale items for incorrect size.
15. For custom made shoe order e.g special adjustment of fitting or color/material combination or special heel height, not purchase from our stock supply, once the order has been made, we cannot accept any cancellations/ exchanges or returns for that order.
16. Please use of a clean soft surface, such as a carpet or paper ( not newspaper), to avoid soiling the soles of shoes when trying them on for the first time.
17. We can not accept return for shoes after the strap has been damage.
18. Customer wishes to return the shoes for refund for change of mind, 25% re-stocking fee applies from purchase price. We will deduct the fee from refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sanitary goods such as tanning products and beauty products cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
No change-of-mind refunds or exchange on sale items. No refunds or exchange on sale items for incorrect size.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product,
send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
